Fire and Ice(berg) Burgers
- 1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 avocado, cut into 8 slices King Sooper's 1 ea For $0.77 thru 02/09
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix barbecue sauce and peppers; set aside.
- Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill patties 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F), brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce mixture.
- Top with Kraft Singles; grill 1 min.
- or until melted.
- Fill buns with lettuce, cheeseburgers, avocados and tomatoes.
