Strawberry and Apple Breakfast Muffins

  1. Whisk together 100g of the Philly with the butter, milk and eggs until smooth.
  2. Combine flour, oats, sugar and pecans in a large bowl.
  3. Add the Philly mixture and apple and mix until just combined.
  4. Spoon mixture into 6 x 1 cup capacity greased Texas muffin pans.
  5. Bake at 190C for 25 minutes until cooked.
  6. Allow to cool then split and spread with remaining Philly.
  7. Serve.
