Chickamauga Chewies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Cream margarine and sugars.
  3. Sift flour and beat into creamed mixture.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. Add oats, Rice Krispies, coconut, pecans and butterscotch chips; mix well.
  6. Add vanilla and stir.
  7. Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
  8. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  9. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes.
  10. Bake less for chewy cookies and more for crisp cookies.
  11. Yield:
  12. 100 cookies.
