Cucumber Bites

• 1 large Kirby cucumber sliced in 1/4" slices. peeling is optional
• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 1 packages good seasons zesty Italian salad dressing dry mix
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 grape tomatoes cut in half
• 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

1. Place cucumber slices on a plate.
2. Mix cream cheese, mayo and good seasons mix.
3. Either pipe or spoon the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
4. Top each with a tomato half and a few bacon crumbles.
5. Enjoy!
