Best Chicken You'll Ever Eat Recipe
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper (or possibly 2 teaspoon lemon bits)
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more if you are brave)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon basil
- Dash salt
- 6 chicken breasts (boneless), flattened to 1/2 to 3/4-inch
- Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- Cover breasts with oil.
- Mix spices and liberally spread over chicken.
- Cook either on dry, preheated griddle for a few min on each side with an efficient kitchen fan or possibly outside on a warm grill.
- Either way no more than 3 min per side.
