Meat And Barley Sausage Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd pork shoulder
- 2 c. cooked barely
- 1 c. lowfat milk or possibly meat stock
- 1 sm. onion, grated
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Sausage casings
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Fill large clean sausage casings with mix.
- Boil in salt water or possibly place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 50 min.
