Maple Snack Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease two 8 x 4 inch loaf pans, I used cooking spray.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar, whole wheat flour, bran, walnuts, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl mix apple pie filling, evaporated milk, eggs, butter and maple.
  5. Stir to separate apples.
  6. Add apple mixture to flour mixture until just moistened.
  7. Spoon batter into prepared pans.
  8. Bake 55-65 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove bread to wire racks to cool completely.
