Bourbon And Rum Brownies With Pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Omit water called for on brownie package (you may have to add 1 tablespoon water to mixture before baking). Combine brownie mix, egg, chocolate packet and pecans.
  3. Recommend a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  4. Bake according to package instructions. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with bourbon.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Combine 1/2 cup softened oleo or butter, sugar and rum.
  7. Spread evenly over brownies.
  8. Chill about an hour.
