Sportsglutton Chicken Wings
- 6 pieces Chicken Wings/drumettes
- 1/4 teaspoons Celery Seed
- 1/4 teaspoons Mustard Seed
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Hot Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Korean Hot Pepper Paste (Gochu-jang)
- 2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Honey (for Glaze)
- 2 Tablespoons Korean Hot Pepper Paste (Gochu-jang) (for Glaze)
- 2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard (for Glaze)

- Mix together all the ingredients for the wings minus the chicken wings themselves.

- Add the wings and turn to coat them in the marinade.
- 3.)
- Cover and marinate them in the fridge from 1 hour to overnight.
- 4.)
- Mix together the ingredients for the glaze.
- Add water to thin out the mixture as needed until the mixture is the consistency of a thin yogurt, so that it is easily brushed onto the wings.

- Grilling instructions...
- Set up your grill for indirect cooking and for best results incorporate your preferred wood chips to smoke the wings.
- Grill the wings on high for 20 minutes (with smoke).
- Reduce temperature to low and grill for another 20 minutes (without smoke).
- Be sure to continually turn wings every 5-10 minutes.
- Finally, glaze both sides of the wings and grill them on high for an additional 5 minutes (with smoke).
- Serve as is or with your favorite dipping sauce.
