Grilled Chicken with Lemon-Herb Sauce

  1. Stir together lemon juice, oregano, chives and salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into a serving dish large enough to hold all chicken pieces.
  3. Rinse and wipe chicken with paper towel.
  4. Grill at medium-high heat or roast until meat is no longer pink inside, about 20 minutes.
  5. When chicken is cooked, transfer to bowl with lemon mixture.
  6. Turn to coat and serve.
