Turkey Pan Gravy Recipe
- 8 heaping tbsp. flour
- 6 tbsp. turkey breast drippings
- 1 1/2 c. broth (use 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 c. water for broth)
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper
- Blend flour into drippings.
- Slowly stir in broth and lowfat milk.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly till thickened.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
