Chocolate Chip Rum Cake Recipe

  1. Beat all ingredients (except chocolate chips and nuts) on medium speed for 2 min then add in chocolate chips and nuts.
  2. Pour into a floured and greased bundt cake pan.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.
  4. Needs no frosting.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
