Beefy Taco Dip Recipe

• 8 ounce cream cheese softened
• 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
• 3/4 c. mayonnaise
• 1 lb grnd beef
• 1 env taco seasoning mix
• 8 ounce tomato sauce
• 2 c. Cheddar or possibly taco cheese shredded
• 4 c. lettuce shredded
• 2 med tomatoes diced
• 1 sm onion diced
• 1 med green pepper diced tortilla chips

1. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise till smooth.
2. Spread on a 12" to 14" pizza pan or possibly serving dish.
3. Chill for 1 hour.
4. In a saucepan over medium heat, brown beef; drain.
5. Add in taco seasoning and tomato sauce; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
6. Cold completely.
7. Spread over cream cheese layer.
8. Chill.
9. Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and green pepper.
10. Serve with chips.
11. 16-20 servings
