Thick Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce, Arugula and Parmigiano Cheese

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. In a large skillet saute onions in olive oil until lightly browned and cooked through.
  3. Add Barilla Marinara Sauce and bring to a simmer.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook pasta 2 minutes under cooking directions.
  6. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
  7. Add pasta and cooking liquid to sauce.
  8. Cook pasta and sauce together for 2 minutes.
  9. Once finished add arugula and stir to combine.
  10. Toss with cheese.
