Fish in Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Coat both sides of fish fillets with flour.
  2. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Add fish; cook 5 to 7 min.
  6. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Meanwhile, blend cream cheese, red peppers, broth and garlic in blender until smooth; pour into saucepan.
  8. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently; simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve fish topped with cream cheese sauce and cilantro.
