lamb skewers
- 4 small sweet peppers multicolor
- 1 medium onion quartered
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 cup rosemary oil see one of my recipes
- 3/4 cup stuffed olives
- 1 1/4 lb lamb sirloin
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 7 grape tomatoes
- get the lamb trim it of hard pieces and fat
- cube the lamb to bite sized pieces
- season the lamb put into bag with roesmary oil let sit 30 minutes
- get a skewer that you presoaked so it dont burn
- alternate the onions olive tomatoes peppers and lamb
- grill on grill till meat is to your likings
