lamb skewers

  1. get the lamb trim it of hard pieces and fat
  2. cube the lamb to bite sized pieces
  3. season the lamb put into bag with roesmary oil let sit 30 minutes
  4. get a skewer that you presoaked so it dont burn
  5. alternate the onions olive tomatoes peppers and lamb
  6. grill on grill till meat is to your likings

sweet peppers, onion, turmeric, ground black pepper, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, rosemary oil, olives, lamb sirloin, salt, grape tomatoes
