Ground Pork Burritos

  1. Saute pork with chopped yellow onion until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add green onions, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook on medium-low for 2 minutes, or until onions are tender. Warm tortillas at 300u0b0 for a few minutes.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon hoisin or plum sauce on each tortilla so meat mixture is snugly enclosed.
  4. Garnish with sliced pepper and serve with fried rice, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, passing extra sauce on the side.
