Croissant Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, then place it in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook until juices run clear, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Shred chicken and mix it with the cream cheese.
  5. Unroll crescent rolls, keeping 2 together at a time (so youll have 4 squares of dough).
  6. Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture on each square of crescent roll dough, and roll up the dough.
  7. Place the rolls seam down on a baking pan.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for the time indicated on the crescent roll dough package (about 11-13 minutes).
