Croissant Chicken
- 1 whole Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Chive And Onion Cream Cheese
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, then place it in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook until juices run clear, about 5-7 minutes.
- Shred chicken and mix it with the cream cheese.
- Unroll crescent rolls, keeping 2 together at a time (so youll have 4 squares of dough).
- Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture on each square of crescent roll dough, and roll up the dough.
- Place the rolls seam down on a baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for the time indicated on the crescent roll dough package (about 11-13 minutes).
