Pineapple, Orange, Granola and Carrot Smoothie
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup fresh pineapple (about 125 grams)
- 2 tablespoons granola (preferably homemade)
- 1 small or 1/2 large carrot, peeled and sliced or diced (about 50 grams)
- 2 ice cubes (optional)
- Carrot sticks or curls for garnish
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 full minute.
