Mom's Stuffed Cabbage Recipe

  1. Cook cabbage in salted water till tender.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. Divide meat mix among cabbage leaves.
  4. Fold insides of leaves and roll up.
  5. Place in a baking dish or possibly small roaster seam side down.
  6. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over cabbage rolls.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 3-4 hrs, basting now and then.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes.
