White Bean Chicken Chili

  1. Use med/large soup pot on medium to high heat.
  2. Heat oil and cook onion until glossy.
  3. Stir in broth, Tomatillos, chilis, and spices.
  4. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 mins.
  5. Add corn, chicken, and beans and simmer 5 mins.
  6. Season with pepper and jot sauce to taste.
  7. Tip: For thicker chili mash or blend a portion before adding chicken.
