Herb Baked Chicken In Wine Recipe
- 3 broilers or possibly fryers, cut into eighths
- 1 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 teaspoon each salt, garlic pwdr, paprika, onion pwdr, paprika, parsley, rosemary, tarragon, thyme
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 lemons, sliced
- Place chicken, skin side up, in large roasting pan.
- Pour wine over chicken.
- Combine seasonings and sprinkle over chicken.
- Dot with butter.
- Distribute lemon slices over top.
- Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 1 1/4 hrs.
- Serves 8.
