Cheesy Sausage Tortellini

• 9 oz Tortellini
• 1 lb Turkey Sauasage
• 3/4 cup Chicken Broth
• 1 cup Tomato Sauce
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add sausage.
2. Next I added the tomato sauce.
3. Then broth.
4. Then the heavy cream.
5. Add the tortellini last and cook until tortellini is tender.
6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese!
