Lamb Leg and Rice
- 2 lb Lamb Leg
- 1 cup Rice
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 Bouillon
- 1 water
- 1 salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Ground Cardamon
- Prepare the onion and cut it in big cubes.
- Put little oil in pot and put the onion and the cinnamon with the cardamom.
- Cook the onion until it starts to lose its water.
- Add the lamb leg and flip it on in the pot.
- Add the water to cover up the lamb leg.
- Boil it for 1 houre
- After 1 hour add salt, black pepper, and bouillon and cook it for 15 min.
- After 15 min remove it from the pot and add put the lamb leg in the Oven for 20 min.
- Add little black pepper and cinnamon on top of it.
- With the meat water cook the rice for 20 min.
