Guacamole Cream Soup Recipe
- 1 lg. avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 slice onion
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon instant chicken base
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 drops red pepper seasoning, optional
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Slice avocado into blender container.
- Add in onion and 1/2 c. of the cream.
- Cover.
- Whirl till smooth.
- Beat in remaining cream, instant chicken base, seasoning and lowfat milk.
- Chill.
- Pour into chilled c. or possibly mugs.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serves 4-6.
