Crispy Euro-Chicken

  1. Place chicken in full-size sheet pans (or half-sheet pan for trial recipe).
  2. Brush evenly with mustard.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, parsley, cheese and garlic; press firmly onto chicken pieces.
  4. Bake in 250F-convection oven for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through (reaches internal temperature of 180F).
