Peanut Butter, Nanner, Hunny, and Tater Chip Samwich!
- 2 slices sto'-bought bread (my mother used "Roman Meal" which may or may not have been whole-grain, but it looked healthier than)
- 1 tablespoon chunky peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (pronounced MY-naze down here)
- 12 ripe banana, sliced thin
- potato chips, handful crushed (Mom used Lay's back then, but as an educated gourmet I now prefer Kettle Chips or Zapp's)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Don't toast the bread or fool with it in any way.
- Spread the peanut butter on each slice first, then slap on the mayonnaise.
- Arrange the nanner slices, drizzle the hunny, and sprinkle on the tater chips.
- Put the slices together, wrap it in a napkin (hunny is bad to drip) and enjoy!
