Baked Rigatoni

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Boil noodles as directed.
  3. Spray casserole dish (I use an 8x10 dish) with cooking spray.
  4. Place noodles in the dish.
  5. Pour sauce over the pasta (yes, room tempature sauce).
  6. Mix.
  7. Cover pasta with cheeses.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. If cheese is not yet bubbly and golden, let sit in the oven under the broiler for 2 or so minutes.
  10. Watch carefully so it doesnt burn!
  11. This is even better leftover for lunch!
  12. Sometimes when I am too busy or lazy to chop veggies, I serve this with a bagged salad.
  13. Oh the shame!
