Korean beef
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp Crushed Red Chili Flakes
- 3 tbsp Sesamy seed oil
- 2 cup rice
- prepare rice as the bag requires
- brown onion in skillet
- add beef and oil to pan, brown the beef
- drain beef and add rest of ingredients.
- cook until all brown sugar is dissolved, serve over rice
