Lemon Chicken with Thyme
- 2 whole Lemons, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper; set aside.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour mixture over the top, making sure to completely coat the chicken.
- Bake for about 40 minutes (depending on size of chicken breasts) or until juices run clear.
