Crispy Baked Lemon Pepper Flounder Recipe
- 2 thick flounder fillets
- McCormicks lemon pepper
- 2 to 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. crushed Corn Flake crumbs
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Wash and dry flounder.
- Sprinkle generously with McCormicks lemon pepper.
- Dip in vegetable oil and shake to remove excess.
- Coat with Corn Flake crumbs.
- Bake 10 min on foil lined pan sprayed with Pam.
- Don't over cook.
- Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
