Dorothy's Eggs Florentine Recipe
- 1 pkg. frzn spinach (minced), thawed & well liquid removed
- Put in 8 inch greased pan.
- Make small openings and drop uncooked Large eggs (4-6), one in each opening.
- Mix together: 1 can cheese soup Sufficient lowfat milk to make mix spreadable
- Spoon soup mix over Large eggs and spinach.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25 min.
- Cut into squares and serve.
- This recipe can be doubled using a 13 x 9 inch pan.
