Chocolate Chip Kiss Cookies
- 1 (9 oz.) bag Hershey's Kisses
- 1 c. butter (soft)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. chocolate mini chips semi-sweet chocolate
- Hershey's Chocolate Shoppe topping (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.
- Add flour; blend until smooth.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Mold scant tablespoon of dough around each chocolate piece; cover completely.
- Shape into balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool slightly.
- Place on wire rack.
- Cool completely.
- Drizzle topping over each cookie.
- Yields about 4 dozen cookies.
