Loaded Baked Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix mayo, buttermilk and chives in large bowl.
  5. Stir in potatoes and cheese.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  7. Top with bacon just before serving.
