Sirloin Salad with Bistro Ranch Dressing

  1. Mix dressing and sauce until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Saute peppers and onions in hot oil on high heat until crisp-tender; set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, grill or broil steaks until medium doneness (160F); cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips.
  5. For each serving: Place 2 cups of the greens on serving plate; top with 4 oz.
  6. steak and 3/4 cup of the vegetable mixture.
  7. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the dressing mixture.
  9. Or, fill a 1-oz.
  10. portion cup with the dressing mixture and serve it on the side.
