Beef Bruschetta Skillet
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 tsp. oil
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook meat in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min.
- or until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
- Remove meat from skillet; set aside.
- Add next 4 ingredients to skillet.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice; return to boil.
- Stir in meat; top with cheese.
- Cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until heated through.
