Salad Oriental With Poppy Seed Dressing Recipe

• 2 heads red lettuce
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 c. pecans, lightly sauteed in butter
• 1 c. mandarin oranges
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1 pt. strawberries, sliced

1. Mix salad ingredients together and chill.
2. Mix dressing ingredients well and sprinkle on salad just before serving.
