Easy Eclair Dessert

  1. Arrange half of the crackers on the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking pan, breaking crackers, if necessary, to fit.
  2. Pour milk into a large bowl and add pudding mixes.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
  4. Spread half of pudding mixture over crackers.
  5. Place half of the remaining crackers over pudding; top with remaining pudding mixture and crackers.
  6. Remove top and foil from frosting and microwave on high 1 minutes or until pourable. Spread evenly over crackers.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
  8. Garnish with strawberries.
