13g Protein Bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Add peanut butter and milk last
  3. Mix well
  4. For Pastry like bars, cook at 350 for 10 min.
  5. Final product is awesome with peanut/almond butter!
  6. For chewy bars, place in pan and refrigerate over night.
  7. They will have the texture if cliff bars and be slightly more flavorful than the baked version.
  8. The nutrition calculation is: 13g protein 20 carbs 16 fat
