Chicken Nicoise Salad
- 2 heads Boston lettuce, torn
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, cut into strips
- 2 cups cut fresh green beans, steamed
- 1 lb. (450 g) new potatoes, quartered, cooked and cooled King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 2 cups tomato wedges
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- Place lettuce in large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except dressing; mix lightly.
- Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat.
