Pineapple Coconut Pie

  1. in a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding on low speed for 2 minutes.
  2. stir in coconut and pineapple.
  3. pour into pastry shell.
  4. chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
