Stuffed Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut tops from peppers.
  3. Clean peppers and remove seeds.
  4. Blanch peppers in a covered microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 4 minutes or until slightly cooked.
  5. Prepare minute rice for 2 servings.
  6. In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced onion, Nature's Seasons, and rice.
  7. Stuff peppers with this mixture.
  8. Place peppers in a tall covered dish or oven safe sauce pan.
  9. In a bowl combine tomato soup and tomato sauce.
  10. Add additional seasoning if desired.
  11. Blend well.
  12. Pour over peppers.
  13. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  14. Serve with grated sharp cheddar cheese.
