Shredded Chipotle Chicken
- 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Size) Salsa
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Chipotle Chiles In Adobo Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1.
- Put chicken in the crock pot.
- Top with salsa, chopped chipotle peppers, and chili powder.

- Put lid on crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
- 3.
- Remove meat from crock pot.
- Shred meat with two forks.
- Return chicken to the crock pot to soak up the juices.
- Let cook on high with the lid ajar for an additional 20 minutes.
- Serve with taco shells or tortillas, and all the fixings!
- Note: you can also use this meat as a burrito filling, pizza topping, or taco salad meat.
- This freezes very well!
