Taco Rice Skillet

  1. Cook crumbles in large nonstick skillet as directed on package.
  2. Stir in rice, water, tomatoes and seasoning mix.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Sprinkle lettuce around edge of skillet just before serving.
