Hot Alaska Salmon (Or Tuna) Melts Recipe

  1. Drain salmon, break into large chunks.
  2. Add in mayonnaise, parsley, onion and celery, pimiento, lemon juice and pepper, toss gently, to mix.
  3. Mix in 1/2 c. cheese.
  4. Spread about 1/4 c. mix on each slide of muffin.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese over salmon mix.
  6. Broil about 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 min or possibly till cheese melts and top are is golden brown.
