Figs, Creme Fraiche and Prosciutto
- 8 whole Figs
- 2 teaspoons Demerara (turbinado) Sugar
- 1/2 cups Creme Fraiche
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- Wash and dry figs.
- Cut the figs half starting from the stem end.
- In a small bowl, mix the demarara sugar into the creme fraiche.
- Place a dollop of the creme fraiche mixture over the cut side of each fig half.
- Cut each slice of prosciutto in half.
- Roll up the slices and serve with the figs.
