Restaurant Vegan Tofu Burger

  1. Process 125g piece of tofu in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Grate remaining tofu.
  3. Combine all tofu with remaining ingredients.
  4. If needed, you may add more bread crumbs to make the mixture firm enough to shape.
  5. Shape into patties.
  6. Place in lightly oiled skillet and brown on both sides.
  7. Serve burgers with horseradish mayonnaise.
