Mimi's Chocolate Truffle Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Cream butter, sugar and cocoa until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Add flour; mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  7. Roll balls in chocolate sprinkles.
  8. Place 2-inches apart (don't press them down) on ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool on wire rack.
