Cabbage Rolls Kaldomar(Sweden)

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Add meats and rice. Beat together. Steam cabbage leaves until limp.
  2. Drain.
  3. Place ball of meat mixture on each leaf at the thin end part; fold in sides and roll heavy vein part to the top. Fasten with a toothpick.
  4. Place rolls in baking dish.
  5. Blend soup, brown sugar and salt together.
  6. Add water, if desired.
  7. Pour over cabbage rolls. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done. Serve with boiled potatoes.
  8. Yields 6 servings.
