Chocolate Frosted Brownies

  1. Beat shortening and sugar til light and creamy.
  2. Beat in eggs.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, and 8 T cocoa powder.
  4. Beat well with mixer for 3 minutes.
  5. Place in greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes -- do not overbake!
  7. For frosting, combine ingredients and beat until creamy with mixer.
  8. Spread over hot brownies.
  9. Cool & cut.
